We had a booth at the Barber County Banquet, social and auction. We visited with a lot of nice cattle folks and they ate a lot of Nash Original's cookies.
Granddaughter Neva kept us company in our Ranch Booth. A great day to spend with friends. The cookies were a hot item for folks that stopped by to say hello! Thank you for stopping!
We had a bus group from Los Participantes Del Beef Tour 2019 from South American's drop by the other day to check out our Hereford Cattle. Thank you for stopping by!
Summer had been great in Kansas this year and the cattle are looking very good. Plenty of grass and water! They came to meet the Tour Group from South America.
D Advance 304 (Doc) Reg # 42397640 DOB: 4/5/2003 to 1/5/2019 Pictured at 14 years old. We sold "Doc" to Mary and Therean Towns at Placo, Ks. We were very impressed with the job that he was doing for them. We were fortunate to reacquire an interest with 1/2 possession, and are using Doc heavily. While at Towns, this "easy keeper" was run on grass and hay, and always stayed in great shape. Doc's Mother, D Louise 905, was one of the thickest cows we have ever raised-just a beautiful easy keeper. We are putting together a very good set of his daughters to our herd. See them on the Cow Herd Page.
Doc was the bull that just kept on giving said, Santana Towns. We will be getting his last calf in a week or two in Spring 2019. Doc, D Advance 304, until he was 15 year old He would have been 16 years old in a couple months.
